Apostille
Belgium is home to one of the largest Burundian diasporas. Depending on the municipality, documents must be translated into French, Dutch or German; the Burundian apostille is sufficient, and some municipalities require a Belgian sworn translator, which we can coordinate.
Apostille
For marriage, a residence permit, university enrolment or naturalisation in France, Burundian documents must be apostilled; documents in Kirundi or English must be translated into French, often by an approved translator.
Apostille
Canada has applied the apostille since January 2024. IRCC requires certified English or French translations for immigration, study permits and family sponsorship; in Quebec, French is generally expected.
Apostille
USCIS and US universities require a complete English translation with a translator's certification of competence and accuracy. We provide this format, with apostille when required.
Apostille
German authorities usually require a translation made by a translator sworn in Germany. We prepare the apostille in Burundi and coordinate the translation through our network.
Apostille
For the IND and Dutch municipalities, documents must be apostilled and translated into Dutch, English, French or German, often by a sworn translator.
Apostille
Requirements vary by canton and local official language (French, German or Italian). The Burundian apostille is recognised; we adapt the translation language and certification to the canton concerned.
Apostille
The Home Office and UK universities require a full English translation with confirmation of accuracy, date, and the translator's name and contact details. Apostille if the authority asks for it.
Apostille
Since November 2023 China accepts the apostille, which simplifies scholarship, study and business files. We translate into Chinese or English according to the institution's requirement.
Embassy legalization
As the UAE does not use the apostille, documents go through legalization: Burundi's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the competent UAE embassy, then attestation by the UAE ministry. Arabic or English translation as required.
